A Transformational Series for Conscious Leaders, Practitioners, and Changemakers
Are you ready to deepen your understanding of how racial trauma shapes our personal, professional, and organisational lives—and how collective healing can begin?
Join Soul@Work and Emuthini Consulting for a powerful journey into the emotional, relational and systemic realities of racialisation. This is a space to explore how our histories live in our bodies, our relationships, and our institutions, often unspoken, yet profoundly felt.
Why This Work Matters
South Africa’s legacy of racialised oppression continues to impact how we see ourselves, relate to one another, and move through the world. From everyday microaggressions to systemic exclusion, the psychological, emotional, and physical toll of racial trauma ripples across generations and geographies.
Whether we’re aware of it or not, these dynamics shape our well-being, self-esteem, motivation, productivity, and the spaces we co-create in society, our communities, and our professions.
Understanding racial trauma is not just political or intellectual. It is personal, embodied, and necessary for trauma-sensitive practice and collective liberation.
